Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granola or muesli
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup nut butter of your choice
- 1 Tbsp Raw Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maca Powder
- 1Tbsp Organic Acai Berry Powder (omit if not available)
(Note: If unsweetened granola/muesli is used, add 1 to 2 tablespoon of organic coconut nectar as sweetener, adjust according to preference)
Optional Garnishes:
- 2Tbsp toasted sesame seeds OR
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut/coconut flakes/dessicated coconut OR
- 1Tbsp Raw Organic Cacao Powder mixed with 1Tbsp organic coconut sugar
Method:
- Grind granola in food processor
- Combine with remaining ingredients
- Add water 1Tbsp at a time to desired consistency. Form into small balls and roll in one of the optional garnishes
- Makes approximately 18 ‘golf ball’ size balls
