Our certified organic coconut sugar is produced by heating and evaporating the organic coconut sap which is harvested from the flower blossom of the Cocos Nucifera plant, the tall green coconut tree, (not any other palm tree)! The coconut sugar is heated in a pan by organic renewable wood until it reaches a certain consistency and color and then grinded to a specific particle size.  After collection from the farmer communities, the coconut sugar will be homogenized, further dried and grinded to specific standard.

Coconut sugar has a sweet aromatic taste.  It is a perfect 1:1 sugar replacement in cooking, baking, making desserts, use in hot or cold beverages and even as a natural face scrub as the perfect organic and natural exfoliant!
