• ¾ cup cacao butter
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 cup refined flour
• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 1 ½ cup baking powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Now place the pastry cups onto muffin pan. Add refined flour, baking powder, and cacao powder in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla, cacao butter, salt, sugar, and beat well till you get a smooth mixture. Add hot water to the combination and beat again.

The batter is ready and put it into the pastry cups (keep it half-full). Place the tray to the oven and wait for 15-20 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool.

Ingredients:

For tart:


• ¾ cup of toasted walnuts
• 1 cup of gluten-free flour
• ¾ cup of coconut sugar
• 1/6 cup of cacao powder

For Filling:

• ½ cup of coconut sugar
• 120-gram cacao butter
• 1 ½ vanilla extract
• ½ cup almond milk
• 1 1/3 cup of soy milk + 1/3 cup of olive oil
• cacao powder for dusting
• 500 gm. chopped dark chocolate

Instructions:

For tart:


Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and place a rack in the middle of it. Apply cacao butter to the tart pan with removable bottom. Process the sugar and walnuts through a food processor. Now, add cacao powder, salt, and flour, and coconut sugar till well blended. Add cacao butter and get a fine mixture. Spread the dough evenly on the pan and bake it for about 18 minutes. Take the tart out and let it cool.

For filling:

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl with the help of a saucepan of water on low flame on the stove. Now, add cacao butter, soy milk, and olive oil and whisk it properly. Remove the bowl from heat and add milk and sugar and whisk it properly. Add vanilla into it. Now transfer the filling to the warm crust. Bake till the filling set around the edges and jiggly in the center. Transfer the filling to a wire rack and cool it for about 90 minutes. Remove the rim, lightly dust the tart with the cacao powder, and cut into slices.

3. Lip-smacking chocolate fondue:

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp. coconut sugar
• Strawberries
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• dash of rum
• 2/3 cup of soy milk
• 1/3 cup of olive oil
• 4 tsp. coconut milk
• 1 tsp. chilli powder
• 100gm unsweetened chocolate

Instructions:

Chop the chocolate. Melt sugar and chocolate in a double boiler. Place this mixture over a saucepan and the bottom of the bowl should not touch the boiling water. Turn the heat to low flame. Add soy milk and olive oil. Stir the mixture constantly. Now, pour the mixture into a fondue pot and add rum, chili powder, and cinnamon into it. Keep the fondue warm. Swirl the coconut milk just before serving it.
