Ingredients 

  • Sultanas: 250 g
  • Raisins: 250 g
  • Apricots/Dates:100 g
  • Currants: 50 g 
  • Water: 2 cup
  • Coconut Sugar: 150 g
  • Coconut Oil: 1 1/3 cup
  • Chia Seeds: 3 tbsp (mixed with 9 tbsp of water)
  • Organic Sacha Inchi Powder: 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Flour: 1 cup
  • Wholemeal Spelt: 1 cup
  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp (Aluminium free)
  • Oat-bran: ½ cup
  • Almond Flour: ½ cup

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 320° Fahrenheit.
  2. Meanwhile, the oven is preheating; you should grease the baking tin and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Keep the greased tin aside and prepare for the cake batter.
  4. Take a saucepan and add dried fruits, water and coconut sugar. Bring it to a boil and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes. 
  5. Turn off the heat and let the mixture of water, sugar and dried fruits cool down. 
  6. Once at room temperature, stir in the coconut oil, chia eggs, walnuts, almond flour, Sacha Inchi powder, and wholemeal spelt. 
  7. Mix everything nicely and get a smooth batter. 
  8. One reached a proper consistency, pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
  9. Tap it lightly on the kitchen counter to release bubbles and put it in the oven. 
  10. Bake for about 2 hours and keep checking in between. 
  11. Check with the help of a skewer until it comes out nice. 
  12. Once ready, let it cool.
  13. Serve!!

Ingredients

  • Heavy Cream: 1/3 cup
  • Semi-Sweet/Dark Chocolate: ¾ cup
  • Sacha Inchi Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Nut Mix: ½ cup for decoration (cacao powder, shredded coconut, dried fruits, etc.)

Directions

  • Take a saucepan and heat the heavy cream in it. Don’t bring it to boil! 
  • Add shredded chocolate into it and stir until chocolate is fully dissolved. 
  • Now, add Sacha Inchi powder and keep on stirring.
  • Once everything is nicely mixed, take it off the flame and put it in the refrigerator to cool. 
  • After 3 hours have passed, take out the mix and make small balls out of it. 
  • Decorate the balls with chopped nuts and cacao powder. 
  • Again, refrigerate and place them in airtight containers. 
  • Serve when guests come or when your sweet tooth gets active.
