Ingredients

● 1 tablespoon coconut nectar

● ½ avocado

● 1 handful of spinach

● 2 cups of ice

Methods:

● Blend all the ingredients until creamy texture sees.

● 1 cup of chilled almond milk.

● 2 small pieces of frozen banana slices (optional)

● 2 tablespoons organic raw cacao powder 

● 2 tablespoons organic coconut nectar (you can use organic raw drink chocolate instead of coconut nectar)

● Pinch of sea salt

Alternative: To use coconut milk gives a little extra richness and a sense of mouth, but you can use whatever milk you like.

● 10 fresh dates, laid and cut into quarters

● 10 dried figs, stems removed, cut into quarters

● 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

● 2 tablespoons raw walnut butter (optional)

● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

● 2 cups of filtered water

Methods:

● Place the dates, cacao powder, figs, nut butter (if using), vanilla, and 1 cup of water in a blender and whisk several times until the fruit begins to crumble.

● Mix until smooth and creamy, gradually adding water as needed to the desired consistency.

Alternative method: Replace dates and figs with ripe avocado and pour sweetener (e.g., Coconut Palm nectar) according to sweetness choice.

Ingredients

● 2 cups of almond flour

● ¼ cup raw cacao butter, melted

● ½ cup raw cacao powder

● 2 tablespoons coconut palm nectar

● Process all ingredients in the food processor

● Put some coconut oil in a mould, just enough to spread the inside of the mould.
