- Cacao Truffles
When it comes to health and vitality, cacao is one of the greatest superfoods. Organic cacao powder and cacao nibs are rich in several nutrients. Cacao truffles are the perfect dessert and the powerhouse of antioxidants.
Ingredients used – Almonds, cacao powder, dates, raisins, coconut oil, cold water, and shredded and dried coconut flakes.
The recipe in detail – Grind the almonds in a food processor and then add cacao powder, raisins and coconut oil. Once it is well-blended, add water to the mixture to make it soft and moist. Then empty the mixture in a bowl. Now you have to roll this mixture into balls, so take a small amount in your hand and give it a shape of the golf ball. You may then roll the balls in coconut flakes. Thereafter, store them in the refrigerator for two hours to make them hard like truffle.
- Avocado Cacao Mousse

The recipe in detail – Toast your oats for about 10 minutes in an oven or until they are slightly golden brown. Blend the walnuts in a processor. Add dates and process until small bits remain. They should form a dough. Add walnuts, cacao nibs or cacao powder and process to combine.
Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and add the (toasted) oats to combine. Now warm coconut nectar and butter until they become pourable.
