Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Diet Angel. In the event that your purchases is not up to your satisfaction, we are pleased to be of assistance.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, kindly see the following:
- You have THREE (3) calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received them.
- The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you have received it.
- Your product must be in the original packaging.
- We will replace your item with a new or similar valued item that is available.
- The product is damaged upon receiving them. All damaged goods received must be reported to Diet Angel Sdn Bhd. within one business days (24 hours) from received date. Claims made after this period will not be honored. A picture of damaged goods must accompany the complaint report. Damaged goods must be returned in the original packaging/box.
- The product is not as per order. (Eg: wrong item / wrong quantity / wrong volume delivered)
- Refund of the returned goods will be made within 7 working days from the physical product received by Diet Angel by way of direct transfer to your bank account.
Return will not be acceptable under the following conditions:
- Merchandise returned without prior notification to Diet Angel Sdn Bhd.
- Products not purchased directly from the Diet Angel Sdn Bhd website.
- Items damaged by improper storage and handling, fire or natural calamity.
Return and Exchange Procedures
Please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to request for a return or exchange. Please include the following details in your email in order for us to process your exchange soonest possible:
- Order No.
- Payment Slip
- Product to Return or Exchange
- Reason for Return or Exchange
- Picture of damaged item, if applicable
Once we have received your request, we will contact you within THREE (3) business days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you send out the product. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
Failure to email us may result in delaying of the processing of your exchange of product.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in inability to fully resolve the return/exchange/refund issues within the stipulated time frame stated above, we will contact you via email or phone to provide information of the latest status and expected new time frame to resolve the issue.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent wrong / defect product to you.
