Banana Maca Protein Body Builder Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tsp of raw maca powder
  • 1 cup hemp seed milk (Alternative: nut milk- you may use combinations of nuts and seeds as preferred if you are making your own milk – use a slow juicer to make the nut milk, or blend the nuts together with water and sieve them with a nut milk bag)
  • 2 bananas
