CAU Chocolate was founded in 2014 by a cacao farmer with the objective of improving the welfare of farmers. The company’s ultimate mission is to introduce cacao farms to the general public and to develop the love for agricultural culture. CAU Chocolate factory is located on an area of ​​10,000 m2 consisting of restaurant, chocolate-making workshops, rice fields and cacao farms. Based in Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia, the organic wholesome products of CAU Chocolate is made from scratch here. The organic chocolate factory was established to bring high quality and certified organic cacao-based products to the consumers. All of the ingredients are sourced from sustainable and ethical farming practices, hence we get to enjoy the benefits of organic cacao for long term.
